I'm hoping someone can help with this. My partner was cleaning and got a socket wet and the electric switched off. She flicked the fuse back on and everything was fine until she decided to plug back into the socket (against my advice) and now the fuse switch won't stay on. We have lights but no plugs work. Is this just a case of letting the socket dry? Does it need to be unscrewed to help dry faster?Our fridge is off and we have £200 worth of food in it and our turtles need the heat and lights that now aren't on.Anything that can be done without calling a professional would be great.Sorry if this is badly worded and thanks in advance for any help! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2PuL3DY
