I am a college student who is really curious as to how high school graduates are able to persue high paying jobs (By chance, experience?). Im guessing it would be really hard as most entry level jobs have almost no room for promotion and growth.
Even from personal experience of working while in college, I have seen little to no jobs that offer any significant promotions for people with only highschool diplomas.
