I got married last month and need to update our wittholding so the right amount of taxes are taken out of our paychecks. I have a couple questions about filling out the form:

I contribute money to a 401k and my employer matches that. The form asks how much money I expect to contribute to my 401k. Do I put only the amount I contribute or the sum of my contribution and my expected employer's contribution?

My wife is a teacher who pays into pension plans. She does not have a 401k. Does she need to report contributions to her pension plan?
