I have a Google voice number. I'm currently with T-Mobile on their $30 plan. Mintsim has a 3 month plan for $60. Can I buy 4 of the sims for $240 for the year and just activate a new one before the promo price ends each quarter? I'm trying to figure out if each new account activation is tied to the phone somehow.
