I am around 40 and three years ago everything changed for me. I went from making 40k/year max and having little savings to making 200k+/year. Extremely lucky break that will likely not last so I am trying to make the best of it. I have zero debt.

I've been avoiding lifestyle creep, being able to afford pizza every Friday and running the AC all summer is luxury enough for me.

I've been maxing out my 401k and most of my income has been going to savings and a Vanguard target fund(taxed). I day trade a little as well but I know it's gambling so keep the amounts low.

I'm up to around 400k net worth, about half and half cash and investments. To me this is an astounding amount of money.

As I said this income level will probably not last. Not sure what to do from here or how I can best leverage what I have for the future. My calculations show I'll need about 1.2m to retire so that's quite a way off.

Would it be worth consulting a fiduciary advisor? I feel that I'm missing out on lots of strategies that could maximize my ROI.
