So, I have wanted to live simpler, be more intentional, and basically live a different lifestyle than a life of "stuff". I have what feels like a constant wax and wane of intentional living and consume. I decided to start a journal to really suss out my thoughts. I want to find me, the real me. So, I started a journal. This journal includes my 5 year plan, goals, my thoughts, and such. I have already found some things that are more important to me than I thought to. It has only been a short period of time but writing my thoughts out help so much. Who'd of thunk it?
I wanted to ask, has anyone else done this? What were your techniques and what did you discover about yourself?
