I recently reviewed my dental plan and saw that implant procedures are covered 50% of cost. I called my insurance company and was told i was wrong and to contact my HR. After doing this, my HR benefits representative or broker told me that I was correct and the insurance may not have realized this since the insurance was changed so recently. History of the procedure: implant was done in Nov of 17, insurance was changed in Sept of 17. I have a $2,000 limit. I paid roughly $2,800 for this implant and am using care credit to pay it off at no interest for 12 months. My insurance has record of this on file.

My question is, what rights do I have if any beyond my insurance paying me back what they should have covered since my insurance clearly didn't know I am covered and this is their incompetence?
