I'm not sure if this is the right sub for this, but its money based, and I really need help. I'm from the UK, working in Austria, and my employer wants my IBAN number to pay me. I've found a million websites that tell you what it is, not one that EXPLAINS what it is, or how to figure out what mine is. even my bank doesn't seem to have any real information on it.
