I install stairglides for a company and get a commission per install and have for the last 11 years. This commission averages an extra 5k average per year. Yesterday I was told this would no longer be the case with no explanation. I also know that I'm solely responsible for the triple increase in sales and installations. I'm quite aware that this is a personal slap in the face as it's also clear that my manager is threatened by my productivity (long story).
So in short. I've personally tripled profits in my department, and that was met with a pay decrease. Should I leave this company?
