Saw my internet go up to $65 a month. My friend called and asked for customer retention. Got it down to $41 after asking to leave unless they lowered his bill (originally $45). I just did the same! Highly recommend. Call and stay strong.

Remember to be kind but firm. Nobody likes a asshole. My service is through WOW! internet and cable. Few years back I dated a girl who worked for Time Warner. On our first date she told me they do the same thing when you ask to leave. My mom has kept the same rate for XM radio for years doing this. Hope this helps.
