Dear Reddit,
I need your help. I recently got hired at a company after searching for a job in my career field for 6 months and I'm afraid I accepted a salary that is way under what I should be making. What are my options in trying to ask my employer about this? I didn't do my research before hand and had been looking for a job for so long that when I finally got an offer I jumped head over heels. Now I feel like I'm getting paid almost half of what my co-workers are making. I've only been there for about 3 months. Is there a way for me to ask for a raise this early in?
