Like the title says, my wife and her siblings are trying to pick up the pieces. Father had insurance and for the most part is covered, plot, funeral expenses.
Mother did not and because of the situation cannot qualify for Medicare, she may be in the hospital for many more days or weeks.
How does one deal with this financial hurdle, she won't know about her husband passing away and won't be there for the funeral etc really sucks just looking for some input.
