Hi, I currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment (I have a mortgage)
I live alone in the apartment (it's a major city in Europe) and currently I could easily rent one room for 400 USD (my mortgage is 1000 USD).
Does anyone have experience with a similar situation? Is it worth it or is it not worth it?
