This is my first post to Reddit - I put together a video going through the steps of how to add/install a backup camera to a car for $40 - This particular install was on a 2007 Honda Element SC, just some of the steps would be different for any other car.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCeP_x4ycFY(screen cap) Drilling out threading for camera(screen cap) test fitting the $12 backup camera from Amazon.(screen cap) Soldering a 12V fuse in line with the camera's power input.(screen cap) re-mounting the rearview mirror with \"hidden\" LCD screen(screen cap) It's alive!!!
