...What options are available to me to achieve this over WiFi at home?
These are absolute requirements:
- Must be able to send and receive both phone calls and text messages regardless if a particular app is open or closed (Which is why I do not use T-Mobile digits, only accepts calls when the app is open)
Working with my existing phone number is strongly preferred but if I have to use a separate number I can list it as a secondary contact number for those who need to reach me.
The service would rarely be used, however, occasionally I need to receive very important work related messages.
What are my options? I've looked at many and am overwhelmed. Hoping someone here is in a similar situation and has a solution for me.
