Was about to throw out a drawer of these things as they mostly have $3-10 on them, but figured I'd try buying amazon gift cards first, and it works.
I had to do a dollar under the amount on the card to get it to work fwiw. Only thing that's a pain is you'll want to delete the card from your account once the balance updates as it can get confusing if you do it with a lot of them.
