It's official: we just met with the realtor and we're going to sell our house... to DOWNSIZE. That's a normal thing to do with a six month old, right?
Looking to move from 4 bedrooms, 3000 sq ft, to 2 bedrooms, 1000 sq ft.
It's just too much. I'm tired of spending every weekend doing home repairs instead of hanging out with my family, tired of trudging up and down and up and down all the various sets of stairs. I'm ready to start living my values.
What should we look for in our new house to make small living with a small person as successful as possible?
