About 2 years ago I painted the tile in my shower using Rust Oleum Tub and Tile and I noticed some bubbling on a few tiles. I decided to scrape off the areas with the bubbling, re-sand, and touch them up again. The problem is, whenever I paint over it again using the same product, the old paint starts to peel and messes things up worse. It is like the new epoxy is getting under the old and making it detatch from the tile. I have wet sanded it and tried again several times and while the area that is peeling has gotten smaller, I have not been able to totally stop it.
