Ok so a couple years ago I bought a sleeper sofa where they only had a smaller version for show at the store. Within a month the springs that secured the weight bearing part that you sit on started snapping. Unfortunately they had a no return policy delivered furniture and while I have a warranty all they would do is come out and replace the springs a single time and won't do it again if they break for any single part. So instead of bothering have workmen come to my place to do a pointless fix I've decided to try using steel wire that won't break so easy wrapped around it. Now the problem is in the past when I've done stuff like this with things that had take some weight I remember with issues of the wire or whatever slipping out or in the case of those metal bands with the screws they bend and give out after a while. So I'm looking for idea to do it without these issues? http://ift.tt/2wh4hn2 via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2eNfYeN
