Hi All,
By virtue of working for companies that gave stocks as bonus and rewards I have ended up with a portfolio where almost 70% of my investments are in just couple of companies. Luckily the stocks have done well but I realize that it is a huge risk. I do not need the money. This is for my retirement. I have heard of "exchange funds" where you can move your stock into so you do not incur any capital gains but can still diversify. Does anybody have any recommendations on where to find these and what are the pros and cons?
