I live in a city and walk everywhere, whether that be to college, to work, at work, for groceries, ect. I spend 95% of my time walking to my destination. My issue is that because of this I run through socks rather quickly. Now packs of socks can range from $10 and up and since I wear ankle sock they are typically higher. You also don't get a lot of socks in packs, typically 4-6 pairs. I run holes in these within a month and end up having to buy more. I've tried hanes, nike, some target brands. I just need to find some socks that won't break down so easily. Is this a lost cause?
