Background: I'm 22 years old and I live with my parents. I've never had bills in my life and I have never taken out a loan before. Recently I went to Wells Fargo to open an account so I could Bank transfer from there to Fidelity for a Roth IRA account. The Lady I was dealing with told me that I was eligible for an "Opportunity account"which is for people who may have been down on their luck or been going through a rough time. The thing is I haven't. I haven't paid a bill in my life and I drive my parents car and live at my parents house. I've asked both my parents and they wouldn't lie or even do anything like this so I think some of my information may be compromised.

I've been getting text to my number because a person named Alisha has been applying for loans and Retail cards. When I used a phone number lookup the first letter in her first name is an A like this http://ift.tt/2rsXitg

The Lady at the bank told me to go to equifax and request a credit report. When I tried to access it the questions they asked me were foreign because I hadn't taken out any loans or mortages. So I clicked none of the above for all of them. At first it told me they couldn't provide me with the report then I tried later in the day and they offerered to allow me to pay 11 dollars to access it. I tried to pay for it and they said at the end they still couldn't send it.

Do I call the police? Do I try and contact Alisha? Do I need to go to court and get a lawyer? Do I call the credit companies?

Please assist me this is all pretty foreign to me.
