My parents are mostly retired and are downsizing to a smaller house in 6 months and I have until then to find my own place.
I'm 23 and currently make ~$1000 per month from my food service job, but I plan to take on more hours soon to get that number higher. I also do freelance graphic design and web design but my income from that is very inconsistent and clients are few and far between.
I have ~$6000 in the bank, no debt, and my credit score hovers between 760 and 780. I also don't have a car or a driver's license.
I think my top priority right now should be getting my driver's license but I'm sure what steps to take after that.
