I'm in a very fortunate position where I am a landlord at the age of 22 with two properties. I live in Australia and live in a unit while being a landlord of another unit. I'm yet to get tenants and I'd like any advice you can all give me.
As written in the title this will be my first time being a landlord.
Any advice will be appreciated. At this point in time I do not want to sell the property
