I've recently started using Flipp which is nice but theres a few other apps that I want to personally recommend.
Shopkick: Although it's sort of a pain to have to go and walk around and scan things, I've gotten probably 50 bucks in free starbuck so far from using it. You open your app, get points walking into to certain stores, and more points for scanning certain items. Target seems to be the bulk of the points, which is nice because I'm always at target.
I recommend turning off location services entirely unless you're going to be using the app. It does not give you the option to use it only when the app is open, so I don't trust it to be on all the time.
Publix App: Obviously this is for people who shop at publix. They have the ads on the app and you don't need to clip or anything. You can just type in your phone number at the registry and get all coupons applied. They update the app on Thursdays with the new weekly deals. The website says wednesday or thursday depending, but...it's thursday.
My favorite part though is there is section called bogo. I go in on thursdays and decide what I'm eating the next week based on this. My food budget sometimes gets cut in half!
Cartwheel: Target app for coupons. Easy way to get coupons for things you're just gonna buy anyway! May as well.
Your turn! What apps do you use to save money that I can add into my daily routine. Also, if you an have any tips for flipp, that would be nice. Just downloaded it today.
