Do any of you know how to get around trading in your TFSA without going through a Canadian bank so I can stop paying $10-15 a trade? it charges me $10 USD every trade on American stocks and $10 Canadian on every Canadian stock, but if I trade outside my TFSA and make money I have to claim it as capitial gains. Is there anyway to link my TFSA to a platform that is low cost for trades? Thanks in advance fellow Canucks!
