This is going to be a weird question..I just finished putting down subfloor and left small spaces between pieces to allow for expansion, you know the drill.I am not sure when I will get to the next step (cement board) but currently, as it’s spring, there are tiny gnats coming through the floor gaps from the foundation. I hate bugs. Can I caulk the spaces I made? I feel like that defeats the purpose, but I’m trying to find a solution besides doing the cement board ASAP because I have a lot of other projects going on. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2CIaeze
