Hi,

I'm being charged by my ex-institute of study when I no longer study there. My deal/payment plan given were 5 equal installments very specifically: Oct 1st, Dec 1st, Feb 1st...

I had terminated my enrollment before Dec 1st due to personal reasons including financial. I receive this yesterday: According to our records we have not yet received payment of your tuition fees (or part of your tuition fee) for the academic year 2018/2019. The sum outstanding amounts to € 890,00. Our records were last updated on January 08, 2019.

I had no out standings when I left the university. Now they are telling me I owe them 890EUR in tuition fees. So I sent them an email saying I'm not a student anymore, why am I receiving charges? They respond with: This is a remainder of tuition fees to be paid. Tuition fee is calculated per month and they do not reflect the installments.

There is no mention on our plan nor website that anything is calculated per month and that the tuition fees were exactly the installments. How should I even respond to this?
