I moved out of my moms house (Illinois) when I was 14 because my stepdad was abusive. I moved into my aunts house (Oklahoma) lived there for a year then got kicked out at the age 15 because they never had children and it was to "Stressful" for them. I was placed in a child shelter but shortly after my new found friends mom requested for a guardianship. I've lived with them ever since and have been grateful but she had started kicking me out since before I was 18 telling me when I turned of age she was going to kick me out. So, I have a job at UPS making $11 dollars an hour, $75 extra added to the check every week, starting on January 18th. I have no friends or family I can live with here. I need to find a place to live, that is affordable obviously, I don't have transportation and I am still in highschool. I am just curious if anyone has had any similar situations and can give me any advice on how to go about starting my life, hopefully not homeless.
