Hey guys.So a couple of months ago, I replaced the igniter on my oven as it was glowing, but not lighting the flames because it wasn't getting hot enough. I installed the new one without a hitch, and it would light the oven very quickly. My problem now is that the oven is no longer igniting and I'm not sure why. I took the thing apart to check on the igniter, thinking I may have just gotten a faulty one that went bad in a few months, but unlike last time, It's not glowing at all. I wanted to try just ordering a new one, but that'll run me like 45 dollars and I don't even know if that will fix the problem because I'm not sure that the igniter is the issue this time around. If it glowed but didn't light, it would probably be easy to diagnose. But it isn't getting hot at all. I can literally touch the igniter and it's ice cold. Making me think it could be some other issue.I'm going to include a few pictures of what i'm looking at in hopes that someone can come up with a solution or a possible course of action for me to take to diagnose this issue.I don't have any electrical equipment unfortunately.https://ift.tt/2LF7wMs guess earlier someone used it and it heated up fine but then halfway through cooking their food it gave up. I'm not sure if that's a sign that the igniter is bad or if it's something else. Also, the stove top still lights and the light in the oven still turns on when I flip the switch. Just no flame. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2Nu4pJ7
