Ever ask yourself WHY a store in a capitalist, profit-driven economy is selling products at a discount? Especially things like meats? You think they're just doing you a favour by discounting the product?
Not saying there's definitely something wrong. Maybe it's just closing on the expiry date and they want to move it ASAP... but I've always been skeptical about it. Just want to know where we draw the line on being frugal?
Like, when does being frugal turn into simply being too damn cheap? I feel like food and medicine are two things we should NEVER cheap out on.
You can make money or lose money and the world will go on but your health is not something you should play around with just to save a few bucks.
