I usually buy the cheapest soap I can use, but i've been reading that many of the phthalates, parabens etc can disrupt endocrine system function and negatively impact your health.
I want to switch to something natural but inexpensive. Right now I just purchased some kirk's from Walmart while I look for something cheaper.
Any recommendations? Looking for liquid hand soap, bars, and moisturizer lotion.
