Hey Reddit, first post here. So I'm a 23 year old college grad with a BA in economics and a minor in organic crop production. I worked all through college and most of highschool and I also had a side hustle selling "green veggies" to people who seek the pleasures of what said veggies do to the brain during the last 2 and a half years of college. I graduated and definitely did not want to do anything with insurance, banking, finance, accounting etc. I like economics as a life tool not a job and I realize I shoulda thought of that before I majored in it. Anyhow I have no student loan debt because my parents paid for school and I have 20k in the stock market. grandpa was giving me stocks every birthday and Christmas since I was born I also put about 5k of my money from veggies into the market and all the money I got from college graduation as wel. I'm invested in various precious metal mines and various medical marijuana companies. My expenses are next to nothing because my mom tends to pay a lot of my bills, even rent sometimes. She does this because my brother was diagnosed with bipolar schizophrenia at age 22 and he has a lot of issues with her. She feels bad so she keeps giving me money. I don't need it but I'm not complaining, she can afford it because my step dad is rich and pays for all her bills. I work full time at a plant nursery right now not making very much (10/hr) and I'm not sure what to do with my life. Any ideas? Do you think I'm a silver spooned bastard? Let me know.
