My friends and I are going to two music festivals in May. One is in state, and we are staying at a friend's place for free. Tickets are about $120 and it's a 3 hours drive-this one isn't of much financial concern. The other is 8.5 hours away. There will be 5 of us. We have been looking on AirBnb and it's looking like about $200/person for three nights at the cheapest. We plan on meal prepping and carpooling as well as buying our alcohol before and pre-gaming as much as possible. What are some pro tips you guys recommend? From saving up for the trip, to things to do during the trip to save money?
