I've been seeing a lot of great houses for rent on Craigslist. But they turn out to be Rent To Own, and all hosted through the same website. When I travel to the website, it requires I pay a dollar to view listings. It's a miniscule amount of money but don't want to pay if it's just bullshit. If they are legit, then what's the catch? Also do these places usually allow for just renting?
