About to buy a house. 329K House, 103K Gross Salary, 70K Downpayment, so about 2450/mo mortgage. 20K Savings will be remaining after closing costs and all. House is on me but boyfriend also contributes $1300/month towards utilities and groceries etc. We spend around $700 on groceries/month and $300-400 eating out. Is this doable? Can I afford this?
