Hey, I have found a used car that is going for 6k. I inquired about the car and the owner told me it's in perfect condition except for a rebuilt title.
Apparently, the car was driven by his cousin who was high on drugs at one point in time and parked it in a place that he completely forgot about and as a result reported it stolen. A few weeks later it was found on the same spot with no damage or anything but due to it being found a few weeks later it had to be marked as a rebuilt title. Is this legit?
Would buying it be risky? I understand some insurance companies will not insure it
