I maxed my Roth IRA every year and buy s&p500. I’ve been saving cash in a taxable money market fund for my goal of buying an investment property.

It’s been several years and I missed buying a property in the 2021 craziness being conservative. Now my cash pile is getting relatively large and with the higher mmf interest I’ll be getting taxed quite high.

I was thinking to save on taxes... Should I just sell all my s&p500 for mmf in my Roth. Then buy the same amount of s&p500 in my taxable? I’d keep the same allocation just different taxation for now? Transactions like these are fee free but do I lose on the spread? TIA
