My less frugal friends think I’m nuts for getting so excited about it but when I order a sandwich and it comes with a bag of chips and an apple or something like that, it just makes my day.
Today I ordered an omelet and it came with an entire salad on the side. An entree size!
(And I know what you’re thinking “wouldn’t the truly frugal thing be to not order out?” My work often provides lunch out. So when something like this happens I take it home and it’s like they’ve bought me dinner!)
Anyone have any other tiny joys or “extras” they’ve come to appreciate that their friends don’t quite understand?
