All the estimates for how much it costs to make your own bread are typically based on US grocery costs.
I can't see how I could make bread at 30 cents a loaf but I would be interested in the Canadian cost breakdown, if someone has done it.
I could probably get flour at a wholesaler, but the cost still seems high.
I'd be interested in the recipe people are working off too, perhaps mine just include too many ingredients.
