I got diagnosed with needing a root canal a few years ago but couldn't afford it, ended up getting a cap on the tooth. Now the tooth and gum area is giving me very intense pain when I chew or bite down, and when I'm laying in bed, sometimes random. I pretty much have no money until I get my tax return hopefully soon. What should I do, I'm in US.
