This morning, I woke up to $1,000 and change in my checking account. The payment is from IRS TREAS 310. Thing is, I have already received my tax return & all 3 economic stimulus payments. I looked at my IRS account, there doesn’t appear to be any mention of a payment due anywhere. I don’t have any dependents, except my self. The payment is still in pending. I have a gut feeling either I was incorrectly issued a payment or this is one of those reverse payment scams that get posted on here all the time. Any thoughts or input on what this might be? For now, I’m keeping all the money in my checking as if I never received the money.
