My wife and kids have the freezer section of our kitchen fridge pretty jammed with “their” stuff. Rarely am I able to fit any of “my” stuff in there (mostly meat).
With food prices rising lately.... I have been thinking more and more about potentially buying a small freezer to plug into the garage outlet 🔌 so that I can buy meat in bulk at cheap prices and freeze it. My worry is that I end up spending more in electricity than I save in bargain meat deals. Does anyone have a rough idea of how much it costs each month to have an extra small freezer plugged in? Is having one of those worth it?
