I’m 26f - One year ago I got my first career job after graduation with a nice company but it didn’t pay much $40k
I just received an offer from another company doing similar what I do now for $60k plus 20% bonus (half stock half cash)
I’m really nervous to leave my current company because I really like them but I don’t like what I do.
I can move in my company, in fact I have an interview tomorrow for another position completely different tomorrow with hopefully better pay but I still think it will be in $50k range.
When do you justify leaving a company for another. I’m really nervous!
I’m currently working from home right now but I will be back in the office soon again, the company I got an offer from is working from the office so I will have to go in and the interview I have tomorrow is a permanent remote position.
Any advice is appreciated.
I am looking to buy an apartment soon. I know this new job will help.
