Talk to me about frugal homes. I've seen articles about modulars and shipping container houses, but it talks about how sometimes they cost as much or more than a stick built home. With the insane increase in housing prices lately, I've been trying to figure out whats out there for more frugal options in the ~2000-2500 square foot range. I know it's probably more money, but I LOVE the idea of a large steel commercial building, with a house built into the end of it.
