Growing up my family ate out multiple times a week and now as an adult I do too. Additionally, we always went for more fast casual options (salad places, Panera, chipotle, etc) as opposed to true fast food (McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc) which I have continued and has made it much more expensive. I need to start eating more at home (both to save money and for the health factor) but I’m not really sure how to start going about it? Anyone have tips on easy and quick things to make? Ideally stuff that meal preps well that ISNT meat?
