After seeing you guys raving about cast iron skillets, I’m now tempted to buy one. However I am worried that I will have to spend a lot of time cleaning it each time I use the skillet, which might offset the benefit of such investment.
What do you guys think? How long does it take to clean and season a cast iron skillet after each use?
