Currently have a couch that was on its last leg a year ago, and now it’s barely holding on. Here’s the trouble, my stairwell is absurdly narrow and steep. My current couch is about 6 feet wide and that was the absolute max I could get up there.
So, I’m crowdsourcing creative couch solutions for a living room that won’t be a problem for my tiny stair well. Most modular couches I’ve seen cost an arm and a leg. I’m trying to avoid individual chairs for as long as I can. And smaller couches I’ve found from ikea and have tried out feel like your sitting on dense styrofoam. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
Also, sifted through several reddit pages. This seemed most appropriate for this question, but if you have alternatives I’m open.
