Not sure where else to post this, but a few homes in my neighbourhood (Ontario, Canada) have a single threaded sleeve installed in their driveway that looks to be for a 3/8”bolt or so. They all seem to be off to one side, closer to the sidewalk.Any idea what the purpose is for it? I tried searching online but didn’t find anything.TIA! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/30gQe2C
