Hi PF,
I lost access to my kids' 529 accounts when the provider switched to a new system. I called to get access restored, but I'm not getting any help. The support says my account is "under review", and they are unable to tell me anything else and say I must wait until the review is completed.
It's been a couple weeks and they will not tell me anything. Not why it's under review, nor how long, nor any ETA. I've tried escalating the case to the phone support, and they are giving me nothing.
Help! They have $xx,xxx in the account, and I have no access, no way to see the account value, and no traction with the 529 provider! Who can I go to for help, there must be some regulatory body that will lean on them for stonewalling me!
